Pricing for Cuffley Hall

*Applicable to Clubs and Societies represented on the Cuffley Hall Management Committee (other than Saturday)

*Extensions for the Bar to 11.30 pm except Sundays when it is 10.30 pm.

*No charge is made for Small Hall Extension to midnight if LH is also booked.

The Large Hall may be reserved in the morning for all day functions and from 6 o'clock for evining events by special request subject to availability

Stage Lighting - �15 per session

Theatre Licence charge for each performance - �6

�8 per hour preperation time with a maximum of 2 hours

Crockery and cutlery available on request

Commercial Bookings:

All Function rates increased by 50%

Payment Terms:

Cheques made payable to The Cuffley Hall

25% Deposit on booking. Balance due one month before bookwd date.

Cancellations:

3 months or more before booked date:        Half Deposit returnable

Within 3 months of booked date:                  Deposit non-refundable

Cancellation within 1 month:                         Full amount of fee payable
