Accommodation
The Hall, once known as the Victory Centre until it was rebuilt in 1974 consists of a
spacious Foyer which leads into the Bar/Reception, both
are carpeted throughout. This in turn leads into the Main Hall where
there is also a well equipped stage. A grand piano is provided.
The Small Hall, which can be sub divided by folding doors, can be used as
changing rooms, committee rooms or for small parties.
The Kitchen, although small, is well equipped with an electric oven,
hobs, heating cabinet, etc. and may be used by outside caterers. Limited crockery is
provided but a full range of crockery may be hired on request to the manager.
The premises are fully licensed; all drinks consumed on the premises must be
purchased from the bar. Every attempt is made to keep the prices near to club
prices.
The Hall is a private local Community Hall administered by a local Management Committee
which provides for all the usual community activities which include: Badminton, Club and
Society meeting, stage presentations, exhibitions, fairs, educational classes, keep fit,
etc. The hall specialises in Weddings and Private Parties.
